Industrial Training / Visits

Initiatives related to industry internship/summer training

Initiatives

The department has a strategy for industrial training/visit. The department suggests a sample list of companies from which the students will get an idea about their core companies and can identify their place.

Procedure followed in the department for selection, approval and conduct of industrial training:

1. Students are requested to have a brief study on the identified industry and make a profile of the same.

2. The profile should be submitted to the group tutor and then forwarded to HOD.

3. After the approval from HOD and Principal, permission request letter will be forwarded to the concerned company in the college letter head or through office mail.

4. The visit will be planned after getting the acknowledgement from the company, faculties will accompany the students in their visit.

5. Students are asked to submit a detailed report of the visit.

6. Feedbacks are taken from students for visit analysis; also a presentation of the same is entertained.
