Business Analytics
This specialization introduces Business Analytics for all business professionals, including those with no prior analytics experience. Here the student will learn about the extensive use of statistical analysis, including explanatory and predictive modelling and fact-based management to drive decision making. The successful completion of this course will make the student Have sufficient knowledge and skills in the areas of Business Analytics, Predictive Analytics and Social Web Analytics etc.

Blockchain

This specialisation provides an overview of the Blockchain, the technologies involved in the Blockchain, the components of the Blockchain, and its advantages. It helps to gain knowledge on building the Blockchain application using Hyperledger, which includes the composer framework model, composer APIs, etc.

Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity is the technology and process designed to protect networks, devices, programmes and data from attack, damage, or unauthorised access. Cybersecurity is also referred to as "information technology security". It defends the system and servers, mobile devices, networks, and data from malevolent attacks.

As per the January 2019 report of the World Economic Forum, in the United States, there are more than 200,000 Cybersecurity skills requiring job vacancies. The NASSCOM recently estimated that India alone will need 1 million Cybersecurity professionals by 2020 to meet the demands of its rapidly growing economy. The skill gap has now become an ever-growing mountain for its climbers, the recruiters of the Cybersecurity roles. Raising Cybersecurity awareness is one of the main strategies of data protection and reduces the risks of cyber-attacks. Since there is an exponential growth in a cyber-attack, there is a need for an organisation or individuals to equip themselves with
the tools and technologies to prevent these cybercrimes.

Internet of Things
The Internet of Things refers to the fast-evolving network of physical objects with internet connectivity and the communication between these objects and other Internet-enabled devices and systems.
The successful completion of this course will make the student

  • Additional Course Details:
  • Each course will be of 150 hours duration and can be spaced according to the
  • Delivery Plan prepared by IBM. Expected course duration will be 8 to 9 months.
  • Course will contain theory, practical work and project work selected by the IBM
  • Curriculum Designers (70% online Real-time delivery and 30% direct contact classes).
  • IBM will provide all required software free of cost during the period of course delivery. Access will be given to cloud based systems related to course training and study.
