Professor & Head of the Department

Dr.K.Dhanasekar is a Person with Passion for Technical Teaching having more than two decades of Experience as a Faculty Member in various Engineering colleges with wide Research and Industry Institute Interactions. He completed his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Annamalai University, Masters from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai and PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.  He has published more than 30 research papers in various National, international Journals and conferences. He was an active member in various professional bodies. His area of interest includes water resources engineering, groundwater hydrology, water quality modeling and simulation studies Artificial recharge, Environmental pollution and construction management.
