Assistant Professor(Pursuing PhD)

Ms. Remya Raveendran is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering in the Artificial Intelligence Department, where she has served since 9th  March 2023. She obtained her Bachelor of Technology(BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology (ASIET) in 2008, followed by a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from  Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology(ASIET) in 2015. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kottayam.  Her research interest is focused on Deep Learning, Federated ML and Explainable AI.

She started her career as a Software Developer from 2009 at Squad Technologies Pvt.Ltd, Infopark. Starting from 2015, she devoted 7 years in educating students. She has presented various technical papers at International and National Conferences and participated in several International and National Seminars, workshops and Faculty Development Programmes.
