Dr. Remya George is a dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic individual with outstanding academic and people skills. She has got over 18 years of blended administrative and teaching experience. Her professional  experiences include areas like 

●        Member -  Board of Studies,  APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (APJAKTU), Kerala, India – Electronics and  Biomedical Engineering  programmes 2021 onwards

●        Curriculum  and syllabus drafting Committee member,  M-Tech  Biomedical Engineering,  APJAKTU- Aug 2022 Onwards

●        Curriculum and Syllabus revision Committee member, APJAKTU - EB & BM,  2018 onwards

●        Head of Department, Biomedical Engineering  2010-2012, 2018-2020, Sahrdaya College of Engineering and Technology, Thrissur

●        APJAKTU External Academic Auditor  and Internal Audit Coordinator - 2018 to date

●        Consultant for R/D of product ‘Ovulation tracker from saliva’ for IBIS Medical Equipment and Systems Pvt Ltd, Cochin, Kerala, India

●        Lead role in setup of  Medical Device Testing and caliberation lab, Biomedical Equipmet Dissection  lab, Project lab, Medical Electronics lab etc., as part of APJAKTU and Calicut Universtity Syllabus

●        Instrumental in materialising Institution Industry tie-up with Agappe Diagnostics Ltd and set up of Sahrdaya - Agappe Innovation Hub

●        Assistive Technology Domain Mentor and Evaluator  for Young Innovator Programme (YIP) of Kerala Developement and Innovation Strategic Council  (KSDIC), Govt.  Kerala,  2020 onwards
