Dr. Deepa Devassy is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Department, where she has served since 12th February 2024. She obtained her Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Information Technology from Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering & Technology in 2007, followed by a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Karunya University, Coimbatore in 2011. In 2023 she earned her PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Science, Coimbatore.
Dr. Deepa Devassy’s research interests are focused on Bio inspired Algorithms, Optimization, Networking, IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing. She has shared her expertise by publishing 13 research papers in various international journals and conferences. Dr. Deepa Devassy has a wealth of experience in teaching, having devoted 14 years to educating students.
Furthermore Dr.Deepa Devassy has participated in over 9 conferences and 18 workshops.She has contributed to the academic community by serving as a reviewer for international journals and a session chair for prestigious international conferences.
