Ashna Mohan
Assistant Professor (Pursuing Ph.D)

Ms. Ashna Mohan is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, where she has served since 17/10/2022. She obtained her B.Tech from MG University in 2011, followed by M.Tech in Power Electronics and Power systems from MG University in 2013. Currently she is pursuing her PhD (Part Time) from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.

Ms. Ashna’s research interests are focused on power system - stability, operation and control, power quality and distributed generation - micro grid – grid connected inverters. She has shared her expertise by publishing research papers in various national and international journals and conferences. Ms. Ashna has a wealth of experience in teaching, having devoted 9 years to educating students.

Furthermore, Ms. Ashna is an Associate Member (AM175029-4), The Institution of Engineers (India) and has participated in various hand-on trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences and Faculty Development Programs. She has also completed MOOC courses through NPTEL, Coursera, etc.
