SasyaVeda-“ Cultivation in Campus”
Students of 2011-2015 batch organized social service activity deals with the cultivation of good and pure vegetables in college campus with the vision to share the knowledge and happiness of farming.

Social Service @ SSSmile Village
As a part of social service activities, the students of 3 rd semester ( 2014- 2018 batch) CS Dept visited DePaul SSSmile village situated near Athirapilly.
To help them in their own possible way, the students of S3 CS gathered a fund for SS Smile Village.The students to set up a small flower garden for the village and also a library bookshelf and books for their entertainment.
Students of S5 CSE(2010-2014 Batch) as part of their social service programme has organised computer education programme for children of Janaseva .This was inaugurated by our Principal and authorities of the Janseva on 8th October 2012. 10 computer systems was installed in Janseva. The children were familiarized with the working of computers. The entire team spent time playing with them and to mark the success of the day a cake was cut and sweets were distributed.

The heavy rainfall from half of November 2015 onwards resulted flood in South Indian states mainly in Tamil Nadu and Andra Pradesh.
2012-2016 CS batch students helped the victims of the flood in Chennai, Tamil Nadu by an initiative called “Anbodu Kochi”.
The students were grouped in such a way that each group consists of 3 – 4 members and each group were assigned to different areas in Ernakulam and Thrissur district and they collected food items,water bottles ,clothing etc.
Clean Kochi 2016
As a precursor to BRAHMA, a clean Kochi drive was conducted by ASIET in association with Bhoomitrasena and NSS unit of the college. The cleanliness drive was inaugurated by Mayor of Kochi, Smt Soumini Jain. Councilor, Smt Shiny Mathew, Adv K Anand, Managing Trustee, Adi Shankara Trust, Member of Trust, Sri V Ramalingam, Director Dr. S G Iyer participated along with more than 200 students
S6CSE students(2014-18 Batch) conducted “DIGITAL VIDYA” to Kudumbasree members, Kalady Grama Panchayath on April7, 2017 at Lab 7, ASIET.
This social work was a one day programme, under CSI.
