Cloud computing facilitates users to use their own desktop or company's system with internet connection to access the service provided by another company in a completely seamless way instead of using all the computer system. With the increase in the number and types of cloud users, the workload balancing has become a critical issue. The workload in cloud depends upon the type of service offered by the cloud provider, ie whether it is Software service, Platform a service or Infrastructure as a service. These services include hardware, database, user-interfaces and application logic. The specialty of cloud workload is that it is dynamically varying and of large size and it should be balanced properly to satisfy the Service Level Agreement and for service availability of user.
