The Department has tied up with Water Resources Department, Kerala for studying the water quality of Periyar river, as a part of River Rejuvenation Project.
Before the commencement of work, a visit to the river basin was arranged with the officials of Irrigation Department, Ernakulam. Mr. Abishek Kumar A, Ms. Harshananda TN and Ms. Shabnum Suhura visited the project site extending from Kalady to Edamula, Aluva.
