The event began with a formal inauguration. Prayer by Ms. Aparna Manoj, followed by a warm welcome from Mr. Renjith K. R., HOD. The dignitaries then lit the ceremonial lamp. Dr. Sreepriya S, Principal in Charge, delivered the Presidential Address, emphasizing the value of management education. Ms. Jubitha Janardhanan, Founder of Innovation Sphere, delivered the Inaugural Address, motivating students toward innovation and professional growth. Felicitations were offered, and Dr. Eldhose K. K., IEDC Coordinator, proposed the Vote of Thanks.

The program then moved into a panel discussion featuring Mr. Densil Antony, CEO of XR Horizon, and Ms. Jubitha Janardhanan, Founder of Innovation Sphere, a media and advertising professional with eight years of experience across prominent Malayalam television channels. Mr. Densil Antony provided an in-depth exploration of the topic “Startup Ecosystem: Functions, Opportunities & Future Directions.” He explained the core components of a startup ecosystem, including stakeholders, incubators, investors, support networks, and government policies. Both of them also discussed emerging trends such as deep-tech innovations, digital transformation, and global collaboration opportunities.

Mr. Mathew Joseph delivered an impactful session on “Excellence in Action: Scaling Fresh Solutions for a Sustainable Future.” He shared the growth story of FreshToHome, highlighting operational excellence, innovation in supply-chain management, and the company’s strong customer-focused approach. His insights offered students a real-world understanding of how technology, quality control, and strategic execution can transform a business into a market leader.

Another important speaker was Mr. Nasif N. M., Head of Programs at Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM). His presentation, titled “How Kerala Startup Mission Fuels Early-Stage Ventures,” provided valuable information on the funding, mentorship, infrastructure, and policy support available to young innovators in Kerala. His session encouraged students to leverage KSUM resources and pursue their entrepreneurial ideas confidently. The conclave concluded with an experience-sharing session and a discussion on startup support mechanisms, enabling students to interact directly with the speakers.
