The Department of Management Studies, ASIET, in association with the NIPM Kerala Chapter, is organizing an HR Conclave titled “HR 5.0 – People, Purpose & Performance” on 18 March 2026. The programme includes an inaugural session led by eminent dignitaries, followed by a panel discussion on “Future of Work – HR in the Age of AI & Automation”, featuring industry experts. A masterclass will provide practical insights into data-driven HR practices.
