In the Artificial Intelligence stream, Merin Johny secured an outstanding SGPA of 9.8 in S7 AI (2022–2026 Batch), Devika P Sajith achieved 9.52 in S5 AI (2023–2027 Batch), Harsha P B secured 9.28 in S3 AI (2024–2028 Batch), and Diya Joshy achieved a perfect SGPA of 10.0 in S1 AI (2025–2029 Batch).
In the Data Science stream, Jayalakshmy Jayakrishnan secured 9.3 in S5 DS (2023–2027 Batch), Apoorva Raman achieved 9.60 in S3 DS (2024–2028 Batch), and Nandana Pradeesh secured 9.63 in S1 DS (2025–2029 Batch).
