In a pioneering move to drive innovation in artificial intelligence education and research, the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology (ASIET), Kalady has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adya AI, a leading enterprise specializing in customizable AI agent and application development platforms.
The MoU was signed at the Google Office, Ananta, Bangalore — a strategic partner of Adya AI in the presence of Sri K. Anand, Managing Trustee of ASIET, Mr. P. V. Rajaraman, Chief Technology Officer, ASIET, Dr. Sarika S, Head of the Department, AI & DS, ASIET, and Mr. Shayak Mazumder, CEO & CTO of Adya AI.
This collaboration establishes a Centre of Excellence in Generative AI, empowering students and faculty with access to Adya’s flagship Vanij AI Platform. The partnership will facilitate advanced AI training, student competitions, internships, industry-driven research, and rapid no-code AI application development. It also fosters a strong industry-academia research ecosystem aimed at solving real-world challenges through AI.
This initiative marks a significant leap toward future-ready engineering education and reaffirms ASIET’s commitment to creating leaders in cutting-edge technologies.
