The Department of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science at Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology proudly congratulates the winners of Ingenium AI Expo 2026 for their innovative project presentations and outstanding technical excellence.
The First Prize was awarded to the project titled “Safe Breath: Intelligent Real-Time Air Quality Monitoring and Warning System for Occupant Safety in Enclosed Spaces” developed by Alphin Das, Joyal Jose, Jyothish K Jayesh, and Varun Solaman under the guidance of Dr. Binju Saju. The project demonstrated an innovative approach toward real-time environmental monitoring and occupant safety using intelligent systems.
The Second Prize was secured by the project “Behavior-Net: A Framework for Educational Attentiveness Quantification” developed by Alan Benny, Niranjana P, Tom Sain, and Zain Bastin under the guidance of Tintu P B. The project showcased a promising framework for analyzing attentiveness and engagement in educational environments through AI-based methodologies.
