Dr. Dileep K is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Robotics and Automation and joined the institute in July 2014. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Calicut (NIT Calicut) in 2026, specializing in the Control of Robotic Systems, with a research focus on the vision based coordinated control of robotic manipulators. He received his M.Tech degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from NIT Calicut in 2013 and his B.Tech degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Government Engineering College, Calicut, in 2008. His research interests include design and control robotic systems, Trajectory planning in robotic manipulators, and advanced control techniques.
