Dr. Chinju C. J.
Dr. Chinju C. J.
Associate Professor

Dr. Chinju C J holds a Ph.D. in Management and has over 14 years of academic experience in teaching and research. Her academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management and Finance and an M.Phil., complemented by extensive faculty development programmes from premier institutions such as IITs and AICTE–ATAL. Her teaching and research interests focus on Human Resource Management, employee retention, organizational behaviour, and performance management. She has published research papers in reputed national and international journals and received a Best Paper Award at an international conference. She has also contributed significantly to academic administration, NAAC processes, curriculum development, and conference coordination.
