Krishna Priya R  is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering Department, where she has served since 02nd June 2025.highly motivated and academically accomplished professional with an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). With a stellar academic record, including a GPA of 8.5 in her M.Tech and a strong foundation in computer science from her B.Tech and Diploma studies, she has developed expertise in cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning, deep reinforcement learning, and computer vision. Her technical proficiency spans programming languages like Python, C, C++, PHP, and HTML, as well as platforms such as Raspberry Pi, CoppeliaSim, and Microsoft Azure.  

Krishna Priya has demonstrated her research capabilities through projects like designing an object grasping mechanism using deep reinforcement learning in the CoppeliaSim environment, developed in collaboration with VSSC Trivandrum, and creating an ML-based Fresh Fruit Detection System leveraging computer vision and Raspberry Pi for real-time analysis. Her practical experience includes internships at organizations like KELTRON, LCC, and INFO SOLUTIONS, where she honed her skills in software development, web applications, and database management.  

Beyond her technical prowess, she possesses strong teaching and mentorship abilities, with experience in technical content development, project guidance, and laboratory instruction. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil, Krishna Priya is passionate about education and research.
