Assistant Professor

Renjini T N is an educator with a decade of experience inspiring and empowering students. Her academic journey encompasses both secondary and higher education, including a ten-year tenure as an Assistant Professor of Physics at Al-Ameen College, Edathala, and two and a half years of teaching at the Plus Two level.

Renjini is a passionate advocate for lifelong learning and has consistently sought to enhance her teaching, research, and academic capabilities. Her research experience at the Ministry of Earth Sciences – Cochin spans five and a half years, during which she actively participated in multiple research cruises. Her expertise in utilizing advanced software, such as BI60, enabled her to develop innovative theoretical models for estimating fish target strength. This hands-on research experience has equipped her with a strong foundation in scientific inquiry, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Material Science at St. Xavier’s College for Women, Renjini is focused on ‘Spectroscopic studies on Perovskite based materials for Optoelectronic Applications’. Her research and academic growth have been significantly enhanced through active engagement in FDPs, conferences, and training programs, as well as paper presentations.

Renjini's ability to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application makes her an invaluable asset to any academic institution. She is committed to fostering a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
