Akshaya Jayaraj

Assistant Professor (Pursuing PhD)

Mrs. Akshaya Jayaraj is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology (ASIET).

She obtained her Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology from ASIET in 2015, followed by a Master’s degree in Software Systems from the School of Engineering, CUSAT in 2017. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP), with research interests focused on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Mrs. Akshaya Jayaraj began her professional career as a Technical Support Engineer at Amazon Development Center, Hyderabad (2017–2019) in Oracle ERP. She has significant industrial experience in Oracle PLSQL, Java, Forms, and Reports. Subsequently, she worked as an Oracle and Python Consultant at Technovalley Software Consulting (2019–2021), as Area Adjunct Faculty and Quality Coordinator at Edureka (2022–2023), and as a Corporate Trainer at Enxcl Business Solutions (2023).

She has conducted numerous hands-on offline and online training sessions for colleges and companies, specializing in Java and Python Full Stack Development. She is also proficient in hiring, training, and mentoring professionals, faculty members, and students.

Her academic, industrial, and training experiences make her a valuable contributor to both the academic community and the technology industry.
