Lakshmi Priya K M is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. She holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering (SNGCE) and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology (ASIET).

She has extensive professional experience spanning government e-governance projects, software development, research, technical training, and academia. She worked for over seven years as a Technical Support Engineer with the Kerala State IT Mission, contributing to the Government of Kerala's eDistrict and eOffice projects. After transitioning into software development through a MEARN Stack internship, she served as a Junior Frontend Developer at Activebytes Technologies and later as a Research and Development Engineer at Luminar Technolab, where she combined software development with mentoring and technical training.

She has also contributed to academic research through publications in the International Journal of Computer Trends and Technology (IJCT) and the IOSR Journal. Her research includes the papers "Human Activity Detection Based on Edge Point Movements" and "Secure Video Transmission Using Mosaic Images," reflecting her interests in computer vision, image processing, and multimedia security.
