Assistant Professor

Anupriya M S is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology (ASIET). She has been serving in the department since 29 June 2026. She completed her Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Mangalam College of Engineering, Kottayam, in 2024, and her Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (RIT), Kottayam, in 2026.

Her M.Tech dissertation focused on "Enhanced Offline Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) System with Double-Level Retrieval and Context Deduplication," demonstrating her interest in advanced Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing. She has also published a research paper titled "Sign Language Interpreter Using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN)."

Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), Conversational AI, and Data Science. She is passionate about teaching, research, and mentoring students through innovative academic and technical projects.

1. Recipient of the Dr. Ravi Pillai Excellence Award (2026) for outstanding academic performance.  

2. Awarded the CM Prathibha Scholarship (2026) in recognition of academic excellence.  

3. Successfully completed NPTEL certification courses in:

• Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence

• Cloud Computing
